Citizens Advice Liverpool
Citizens Advice Liverpool is Liverpool’s leading provider of advice and advocacy services. We are a local, independent charity and our services are free, confidential and impartial.
We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information to the public on a wide range of issues as well as specialist advice and representation in Welfare Benefits, Debt and Housing.
Citizens Advice Liverpool is also provide the Police and Crime Commissioner's speicalist support service for victims of LGBTQ+ hate crime.
We can help you make a report to the police, understand your rights, liaise with organisations on your behalf, and help you to access specialist support services such as counselling. We will represent you so that your voice is heard.
We can also make referrals to other services within Citizens Advice Liverpool who will provide practical advice on housing, debt, benefits, employment and more. And we can help you access social support, such as activities and groups, in your area.
